Utilising a network of accredited and audited contractors, we offer best practice nationwide metering field services that include installation, connection, disconnection, accuracy and compliance testing, a faults service, readings and investigations. All services are regularly audited within ISO processes, Health and Safety systems and Electricity Governance Regulations.

We also co-ordinate a nationwide service for half-hourly (Time-of-Use or Interval metering) installations including site inspections, meter equipment specification and certification, site certification, manual reads, component changes, and faults services for all categories of metering sites.

We have developed an electronic job management system which provides real time "end to end" job tracking and management of meter field services.
